OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Streetwear Official $500 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on October 6, 2026 and ends on October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit the official Streetwear Official Giveaway landing page and complete and submit the online entry form with the requested information.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Making a purchase from Streetwear Official or any affiliated company will not increase your chances of winning.
Following Streetwear Official on Whatnot, attending a Whatnot livestream, or purchasing through Whatnot is not required to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive $500 in Streetwear Official store credit.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD.
The store credit may be redeemed for eligible merchandise sold by Streetwear Official, subject to any reasonable redemption terms disclosed to the winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or sold.
No purchase or payment, including shipping or processing fees associated solely with receiving the prize, will be required to receive the prize.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing is expected to occur on or about October 15, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial winner notification and may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner will never be required to make a purchase or payment to receive the prize.
7. WHATNOT AND OTHER PLATFORMS
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Streetwear Official and is separate from any giveaway conducted during a Streetwear Official Whatnot livestream.
Following Streetwear Official on Whatnot is not an entry requirement for this Sweepstakes and does not provide an additional entry or increase the odds of winning.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Whatnot or any social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.
Any separate giveaways conducted through Whatnot are subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements, and applicable platform rules.
8. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name, last initial, city and state in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Streetwear Official's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and acknowledge that Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant reasonably believed to be attempting to tamper with the entry process, use automated entry methods, commit fraud, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
