To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses. *All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. Customers will receive a follow-up email confirmation with tracking information once order has been shipped.

For Domestic USA: Orders are shipped via USPS.
We offer shipping to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.
Standard Shipping : Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and payment verification. Add an additional 4-7 business days for delivery.

*PLEASE ADVISE : Signature Required to receive package for any orders that contain any of our "Premium" items.

For International: Orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country. Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after the order processing and payment verification.  International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders. 

Streetwear Official is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

We know how important your order is! Streetwear Official provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Streetwear Official does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them.
